NexTwin Public Twin API

Public endpoints exposed by twin-service, mounted at /ps/twins/public. A valid API key (X-Api-Key) is required. These endpoints return each twin's public fields by default; an API-key caller may additionally pass the role parameter to receive the custom fields that role is permitted to see.
